Subject: XPilotNT-0.4 (Sounds of the '70s)

Hi kids:

There is a new version of XPilotNT.

There is little changed between this version and 0.3.

The changes:
1) Addition of a silly Setup program.  The cost of having a 
   "standard" setup program is that the zip grows from 150K to 1MB.
   *yuck*.  Details on the web page.
2) The Macalester.edu boys complain that the HUD lock on dot behaves strangely.
   I fixed the 3.5.0 "enemy ship on the HUD"; hopefully, macalester's HUDs will
   be fixed too.
3) The first non-"xpilot wizard" has joined our little group.  Scott is a
   'SubSpace' fanatic with a lot of PC experience.  Since my goal is to 
   ultimately recruit Win95ers, this should hopefully be my first convert,
   (at least according to the mail he sent me :)

No Fredrik, there is no sliding radar yet. :)
